Selection of the proper parts feeder to meet your specific parts feeding requirements is critical.  To meet these requirements POSI offers a wide range of cascade and outside track vibratory parts feeders. For long life all POSI vibratory parts feeders feature stainless steel bowls and tooling.  POSI vibratory parts feeders are available for operation at 115, 208, and 230 VAC/60 Hz and 110 and 220 VAC/50 Hz with either clockwise or counter clockwise feed.  POSI vibratory parts feeders can be supplied with conventional solid state controls or with high efficiency feedback controls for minimum power consumption and maximum range of bowl loading. Cascade Vibratory Parts Feeders Cascade vibratory parts feeders provide an economical solution for applications requiring moderate feed rates and not requiring the intricate tooling often associated with outside track vibratory parts feeders.  POSI cascade vibratory parts feeders range from units for very small parts to units for parts up to 8 inched in length.  Dimensional information for our most popular units are provided in the following table.

Outside Track Vibratory Parts Feeders Outside track vibratory parts feeders provide moderate to high feed rates and the custom outside track can be design to accomodate the intricate tooling necessary for the orientation of some parts.  POSI outside track vibratory parts feeders range from units for very small parts to units for parts up to 6 inched in length.  Dimensional information for our most popular units are provided in the following table.

We offer total design, tooling, and manufacturing services for custom vibratory feeders.  To obtain a quote, please provide the following information:

• A sample of the parts you wish to feed and/or engineering drawings of the parts.
• The desired orientation.
• The feed rate required, (parts per minute or hour).
• Is a bulk hopper required?  If so, specify how long a recharge cycle is needed.
• Is an escapement required? If so, illustrate how it must handle the part and describe the control considerations.
• Any special requirements such as coating, sound enclosure, etc.
